Athletes can only be registered to one team, and it must be a USA Powerlifting registered club in the state of Michigan. All competitors must be registered in the Open division. Collegiate rosters will be capped at 20, and Open rosters will be capped at 10 total, across both days of the event. Scoring will be done by points assigned to the top 10 places in the Open division. (1st =12pts, 2nd =9pts, 3rd =8pts, 4th =7 pts, etc.) The Collegiate team and Open Team with the highest number of points combined between men and women wins!

To register yourself to a team, submit an entry of the Athlete Change Form. Team registration closes on Wednesday, November 3. Team coaches may also submit a team roster to gina.hensley@calloso.com.

AMERICAN RECORDS: USA Powerlifting American Records can be set at this meet! In order for you to attempt an American Record, you must alert the scoring table when you submit your attempt, so we can prepare to have 3 National referees judge your attempt. American Record totals can only be set if your squat, bench press, and deadlift highest successful attempts were all judged by 3 National referees. To ensure this, please notify the scoring table of your intentions to break an American record total.

AWARDS: Medals will be given to 1st through 3rd place in each weight class in the teen, junior, masters, and open divisions. There will also be awards given for the best teen, junior, masters, and open female and male lifters based on DOTS points.
