High School & Collegiate lifters may use this meet to qualify for USA Powerlifting High School or Collegiate Nationals. High School lifters can also qualify for High School Nationals at the MHSPLA State Championships, but can benefit from experiencing the high standard of judging at this meet before going to High School Nationals. REGISTRATION OPENS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15 AT 10:00AM EST WITH THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
All entries are non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
REGISTRATION: All participants must register online. Registrants must have a valid USA Powerlifting Membership. Membership application can be found here.
First Division + T-shirt: $120
Additional Divisions: $25

DIVISIONS: The age divisions offered for this meet will be Teen (14-19), Junior (20-23), High School JV & Varsity, and Collegiate divisions. Lifters are able to enter more than one division (i.e., Junior and Collegiate).
EVENTS: Events offered will be 3-Lift, Push-Pull and Bench-Only. You may lift in either the raw, raw with wraps, or equipped (single-ply) divisions. Please contact the meet director if you wish to compete in Para-Bench or Adaptive Athlete divisions.
SPECTATOR & COACH PASSES: Admission for spectators is $10. Coach passes are $20 and allow access into the warm-up area with the lifters. Tickets are non-refundable.
SCHEDULE:
6:30am – Doors open for athletes to check-in, submit rack heights, & complete equipment check
7:00am – Weigh-In by order of lot number
8:15am – Compulsory Rules Meeting in the gymnasium
8:30am – Weigh-in, equipment check, and rack heights close
9:00am – Lifting Begins
4:30pm – Award Ceremony
Lifters must obtain permission from the meet director if they wish to leave before the awards ceremony to ensure they are not chosen for drug testing.
TECHNICAL RULES: This meet will follow the technical rules found in the USA Powerlifting rulebook. You can find the rulebook here. There will be a minimum of 10% of participants will be drug tested via urinalysis. AWARDS: Medals will be given to 1st through 3rd place in each weight class in each division.
