There are no qualifying requirements to compete in this event. Any USA Powerlifting Member can compete in this event. To qualify for Nationals, you must achieve the qualifying total for your weight class and division. Visit National Qualifying Totals for more information.

REGISTRATION: All participants must register online and have a USAPL membership. Membership application can be found here.
First Division + T-shirt: $140

All entries are non-refundable. There are no exceptions. Athletes who choose to withdraw before March 29 may choose to take a Calloso meet credit.
DIVISIONS: The age divisions offered for this meet will be Youth (8-13), Teen (14-19), and Junior (20-23), Masters (40+) and Open divisions. Lifters looking for steeper competition are encouraged to compete in the Open division in addition to their age division.
EVENTS: Events offered will be 3-Lift, Push-Pull and Bench-Only. You may lift in either the raw, raw with wraps, or equipped (single-ply) divisions.
SPECTATOR & COACH PASSES: Admission for spectators is $15. Coach passes are $25 and allow access into the warm-up area with the lifters.
SCHEDULE:
6:30am – Doors open for athletes to check-in, submit rack heights, & complete equipment check
7:00am – Weigh-In by order of lot number
8:15am – Compulsory Rules Meeting in the gymnasium
8:30am – Weigh-in, equipment check, and rack heights close
9:00am – Lifting Begins
3:30pm – Award Ceremony
Lifters must obtain permission from the meet director if they wish to leave before the awards ceremony to ensure they are not chosen for drug testing.
TECHNICAL RULES: This meet will follow the technical rules found in the USA Powerlifting rulebook. You can find the rulebook here. There will be a minimum of 10% of participants will be drug tested via urinalysis. AWARDS: Medals will be given to 1st through 3rd place in each weight class in each division.
