Fill out the Athlete Change Form below! Remember that meet credits are only issued if your spot is filled. Withdrawals submitted within 2 weeks of the event will not receive meet credits. This includes circumstances of sickness or injury.
All entries are non-refundable. There are no exceptions.
SPECTATOR & COACH PASSES: Admission for spectators is $10. Coach passes are $20 and allow access into the warm-up area with the lifters. Passes can be purchased at the venue at the admission table. Passes purchased during presale can be redeemed at admission under the name used for the purchase.
This meet can be used as a qualifier for High School Nationals on March 30-April 2, 2023 in Myrtle Beach, SC or Collegiate Nationals on April 13-16, 2023 in Arlington, TX. Only Teen, Junior, High School JV & Varsity, and Collegiate divisions will be available for registration. There are no qualifying requirements to compete in this event. Any USA Powerlifting Member can compete in this event if they are in Teen or Junior divisions. To qualify for Nationals, you must achieve the qualifying total for your weight class and division. 6:30am – Doors open for athletes to check-in, submit rack heights, & complete equipment check
7:00am – Weigh-In by order of lot number
8:15am – Compulsory Rules Meeting in the gymnasium
8:30am – Weigh-in, equipment check, and rack heights close
9:00am – Lifting Begins
5:00pm – Award Ceremony
Lifters must obtain permission from the meet director if they wish to leave before the awards ceremony to ensure they are not chosen for drug testing.
DIVISIONS: The age divisions offered for this meet will be Teen (14-19), Junior (20-23), High School JV & Varsity, and Collegiate divisions. Lifters are able to enter more than one division (i.e., Junior and Collegiate).
REGISTRATION: All participants must register online via the link at the bottom of the page. Registrants must have a valid USA Powerlifting Membership. Membership application can be found here.
First Division + T-shirt: $120
Additional Divisions: $25
EVENTS: Events offered will be 3-Lift, Push-Pull and Bench-Only. You may lift in either the raw, raw with wraps, or equipped (single-ply) divisions. All participants are required to wear a singlet, t-shirt, shoes, and long socks for deadlift. The raw division also allows for the use of a belt, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves. The Raw with Wraps division allows all of this plus knee wraps. The equipped division allows for all of this and the use of supportive squat and deadlift suits and supportive bench shirts. Please contact the meet director if you wish to compete in Deadlift Only, Para-Bench, or Adaptive Athlete divisions.
TECHNICAL RULES: This meet will follow the technical rules found in the USA Powerlifting rulebook. You can find the rulebook here. There will be a minimum of 10% of participants will be drug tested via urinalysis. AWARDS: Medals will be given to 1st through 3rd place in each weight class in each division.
