Registration:
All participants must register online. All registrants must be current USA Powerlifting members. Membership application can be found here.
First Division + T-shirt: $100

All entries are non-refundable.
Divisions:
The age divisions offered for this meet will be Youth (8-14), Teen (14-19), Junior (20-23), Master (40+) and Open divisions.
NOTE: The Open division is by far the most competitive. I highly recommend registering for the Open division, even if you are also able to register in another age division. Many athletes will register in both to have a larger group of competitors.

Events offered will be 3-Lift, Push-Pull and Bench-Only. You may lift in either the raw, raw with wraps, or equipped (single-ply) divisions.

Please note that this schedule is subject to change. The day of which lifters are competing will be determined once registration has closed.
