6:30am – Doors Open
7:00am SHARP – Weigh-Ins
6:30am-8:30am – Check-In, Equipment Check & Rack Heights
8:30am – Rules Meeting
9:00am – Lifting Begins
4:00pm – Awards Ceremony
Spectators:
We will not have a limit on the amount of spectators in the venue for this meet. Please be aware that both spectators and coaches will pay $10 for entry.
Technical Rules:
This meet will follow the technical rules found in the USA Powerlifting rulebook. You can find the rulebook here.
There will be a minimum of 10% of participants will be drug tested via urinalysis. For more information on anti-doping or to look up prescriptions and supplements, visit USA Powerlifting’s anti-doping page.
